1. Confirmation of Bookings: Once you've received our estimate, you will have 7 days until that offer expires, to confirm the offer, follow the link supplied to agree to our T's & C's, this will then open your account with us and send out ways to pay booking fee.
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: To ensure transparency and clarity, we provide you with our comprehensive terms and conditions. By agreeing to these terms, both parties are clear on the agreed-upon services and expectations for the event.
3. 20% Booking Fee: To secure your booking, we require a 20% booking fee based on the total amount. This payment demonstrates your commitment to our services and further ensures the reservation of your chosen date.
4. Online Account (Login Portal): As our valued client, you gain access to a personalized online account through our secure login portal. This portal serves as a centralized hub for all your event-related details and interactions with us.
5. Payment Convenience: Payments can be conveniently made through your online account. This user-friendly system ensures a hassle-free payment process, giving you peace of mind.
6. Remaining Balance: Prior to the event date, the remaining balance must be settled in full. We kindly request that this payment is made at least 30 days before your scheduled event to facilitate smooth preparations.
